I agree L.D., getting an attorney involved now may very well protect you from having to go to court. Even if SOA is partially or completely liable, their attorneys are sharp. Getting protected now is smart -- your family is in the real estate business, so I'm sure you know a few attorneys.

LOL

You contradict your self. I would contact an attorney ASAP then you say I think L.D. should immediately get an attorney involved.

Please explain why he should contact SOA!??? so he can say "he guys i track my car alot and its modified, drivetrain swap the whole nine yards, Well the other day my car caught on fire", "its your fault"

WTF, im sick of this shit! PEACE

...uh...

Does anyone else see a contradiction? Because I can't, and I'm honestly trying, lol. And again, read my previous post:

So again, nothing said about L.D. contacting SOA.

Peace, Ryan.

"I WOULD" (personal), "I think L.D. should" (talking about what I think L.D. should do).

If anything, the two go together perfectly.

I think Ld should, in my opinion, get a attorney to make sure the insurance pays for the damage on the car.

if the insurance wants to make a claim with SOA they can do that to recoup the losses they just paid out. LD should not have to contact SOA.

if you paid full coverage on a car the insurance company should be the responsible party to pay for damage sustained.

I would also contact the insurance company and make sure you can buy back the car. If i could not i would be stripping all the crap out of it and leave them a rolling shell that is probably all the money they will be giving you for it anyway.

I honestly hate insurance companies i think i have at least paid my car once in insurance .

what the hell kind of crack are you on? insurance wouldnt cover a car that catches on fire on the street because i track the car? lolwat. those two things have no relation at all. If anything was seriously caused by my tracking the car it would happen at the track.

I thought mike at s&r did a wire tuck for you???

I am a insurance agent. It's a good Idea to get a lawyer just to make sure you get the most money out of your claim but it's not necessarry if you have a reputable insurance company.

As far as SOA having any type of liability, lmao!......that ended at 36k miles and/or when LD modded the car, wiring, dp, fuel system, removing manifold , tgv's.....etc

...no. he moved some wires to better locations and didnt bolt the stupid ones to the top of the engine block which isn't necessary at all. besides that, there really aren't any wires where the fire started.
