I wouldn't call myself irresponsible. Considering I've worked for every last dime that's gone into the car, with no financial help from anyone else, should in itself show responsibility. The thing is I actually want to have fun with the car, so I mod it accordingly. I'm not gonna spend more money for a diff that will start slipping once it gets too hot, if it's primarily a track car.

J30? Everytime I go to an event I hear someone complaining that their J30 stopped locking. So that's the main reason I got mine welded instead.

j30s suck, the gearing with stock kas is why they dont lock. It also has to do with the fact that you cant keep clutch kick entering with them.

I am running an r32 vsd, same as a s14, z32, hicas and what ever else vlsd.

 

Thats because they're too stupid to know how to swap it into a stock 4.08 geared housing.

Meh. I got this Volvo 850R that I've been meaning to build and bought a bunch of parts for that I still haven't even found time to install yet. And I need to get it painted but haven't found the time or energy to actually get that done either. Lol.

No motivation to build a project car I guess... been enjoying sailing, working on my house, and hanging out with friends. Gonna go on some vacations here at the end of the year. Maybe I'll get another S13 if I can find a good enough deal on a coupe. I've been checkin the Nissan for Sale and Craigslist lately...
