What happend to the 1UZ benz?

 

I sold all the pieces. Was becoming too much of a pain in the ass to keep at the office, it was just in everyone's way. When I first got it, everyone was like, oh bring it up here and work on it, there's a lift, there's a plasma cutter, there's a welder... But like 2 weeks later the same people were bitching about having a non running car taking up a parking spot.

If I build another one, I'll just do it at home. I don't work on cars around other people's schedule very well... I don't want to be rushed into finishing it.

 

yea i gave him a chance today because i have had him blocked for months, and i instantly regretted my decision.

buy my e30 sean, I want it in good hands, and i want it sold man!

 

I'd buy it if I knew I wouldn't instantly spend all my money on it.

did some things today...

taped up coil packs (running smooth now)
replaced a bad spring in a coil pack (explaind slight wobble at idle)
did a compression test F>R 170/170/175/173/175, so motor's healthy
checked plugs (perfect, thanks Sullivanracing06)
radiator fluid flush/cleaning - 2 days ago
boost/vac leak test (big exposed nipple) - 2 days ago
oil change (now using mobil1 instead of Rotella T)

car's now ready for the dyno... Tampa here i come...

Ugh my car is too low. I can't even turn without rubbing. Well that lasted long. =/
