No, they both look pretty close to the same length.

Dont mind the sludge of grease, paint and purple power lol.

 

The front fenders/doors have some brake dust on them, but nothing major.

The rear bumper is pretty nasty and its just black soot, I dont see much metalic stuff in it like I do up front. I alway tell people not to lean against my rear bumper because of it. But its mostly from the exhaust, and I'm not running a CAT and only 1 sorta small muffler. I wonder what would happen if I put a diffshared_user or something under the rear of the car. Also wonder how much of an effect the factory rear spoiler has on the airstream. I doubt the air flows the same way it did on my red car.

On another note I think I need to dial in the ignition timing a little, never thought to check it since I put the motor back together. When you get time over the next week or two I'd like to use the consult to check out how things are running and see if the ECU is the reason why the A/C is being stupid, I dont think the front A/C fan is working either. Anyway you can turn that fan on through the consult?

 

Yeah, I can get Consult running. Basically, the ECU has an AC input and an AC output. Consult will tell you the state of each, plus what the AC fans are doing. I'm betting the AC input to your ECU just isn't wired right to your F4 plug. There's no magic in there with the DCC, I don't think.

 

I figured as much, that engine harness is a piece of shit. The water temp gauge doest work and the windshield wipers only have two settings and stop where ever they want when you shut them off.

 

I havent read back far enough, but maybe its a Z32 diff. I can see it's five bolt and 4.08 so that could be a possibility. Thats the same diff I have in my car.

 

z32 diff uses the same front as a s14/j30, they have the bushings in them. Mine is a small front, like s13.

Im pretty sure its just an r32 gts vlsd or something, either way I paid 90 bucks for it with axles. Not a bad deal.

I'm thinking about getting the HKS CAMP2 set up later this year instead of getting the gauges I want. Its only about 200$ more and I can run a lot more inputs through it. Plus it will make my car look like a GTR and I'll win more trophies.
