Was under the impression that the Q45 diff and the R230 diff (out of TT z32's were the same diff) had my facts mixed up - sorry. Yes a R230 will have more power loss than a R200 diff.

I have been doing little things to my car, and buying more parts for the sr to be ready to go in. It should be out of the machine shop beginning of the week, I am really excited right about now.

my old car i had 215/40/17's tucked on 9.5 +12's. and still could have gone another few mm's lower.

honestly, it didnt look too bad. just sucked being another inch higher off the ground than 17's. made for a weird clearance, i thought.
those cleared in the front fine, the rears ,not a chance.


i didnt lower it, because the rear quarter would have sat on the tire.
these were just some g35 fitment te's they had in the backroom at infiniti i saw in the 2 weeks i worked there. i took a break from watching beastiality porn and doing nothing to try them on.

 

they look sweet, but yeah clearance issues city.

 

20mil rear overfenders and a smaller tire, they would have fit fine.

 

Whats the offset and width of the rear??

 

i think they were 11's. maybe 10's. dont remember the offset though.

 

The front of my car is about 3/4" higher now thanks to the SR. I'll probably lower it like 1/4" and leave it alone until I finish my wide fenders.
