I've never really spent a whole deal of time driving an s-chassis with a stock shifter. All of my cars have had b&m shifters, I'm kind of interested to see what a counter weighted shift knob feels like. Maybe one day after we wash our cars together one of you guys can take me for a ride and shift gears with your hand on top of mine. That would be kinda cool.

I'm running my super awesome chopped up stock shifter. Its slightly longer throw than a B&M but super smooth and way awesome and no annoying rattle when in the upper revs. My previous knob was a peice of plastic that weighted about 2oz so the shift throws felt like total shit.

On the way to and from tampa a little bit ago I was driving like a total dork. Like Fast and the Furious. Because I was shifting up and down every two seconds because its that much better than my old set up. Chopped shifter is probably the coolest thing I've made.

Eric you have some work to do. It looks like I'm going to wait till atleast next friday to pull the motor.

killed my 6 puck...put in crappy stock replacment clutch, clutch sucked. dropped tranny again the next day girlfriend bought me a fidanza flywheel and ACT 4 puck unsprung for my 19th birthday(shes awesome!) now im clutch kicking smiles on my face everyday!, ohh got rid of the skyline front! woo! i missed those pop ups oh and did some john deer action

 

Looking pretty nice, now just paint match, and get a new front bumper.
