What exactly is a federal cop? Like you have to be stopped by the FBI? Or Dept. of Homeland Security? I think if the FBI or Homeland Security is pulling you over, you're in a lot more shit than just not having a catalytic converter!

Both of those work for the State of Florida. Not the federal government.

Good point. And since the federal government doesnt have anything to do with your liscens I dont think its Federal cops you need to worry about in the first place.
