Rolled my fenders with a sledge hammer wrapped in a wet cloth. Came out good with no pull so I'm happy. I also painted my new wheels, now to find the tires I want at an unbeatable price...

 

Meh, putting the mustang back in the garage, and having a spot to not only park, but build my skyline is worth the $50. rather have the space than more money.

 

Went to sebring today for work, they were running the Ferrari's out there. Sounded like pure sex.

I saw an R35 today on the Nurburgring. He wasn't very happy when I forced him to let me by.

 

How does the 'Ring compare to 129?

 

It's a whole different beast. More like Skyway, but you can use both lanes; but about as narrow. Crazy elevation changes and camber. Having to watch the mirrors the whole time really affects your concentration, too. 129 feels a lot longer. 'Ring speeds can get really high, brushing 130mph (not in the straight) in a moderately powered car.

Basically, we've all driven backroads fast, and that prepares us for 129. We're generally not topping out 4th, passing on the outside of sweepers and braking into decreasing radius turns. You go to the 'Ring completely unprepared.
