Ive just been using my stock dummy cat the whole time. Quiets the car down too compared to a resonated test pipe.

thats kinda what i meant. basically anything over a sheriff, or city/county cop.

That's what I was gonna say next. I can't even see under my car... I may just grab a stock cat and hollow it out, or grab an S14 second cat (factory dummy cat) and call it a day.

Or get a real cat and run that. This just in: no one in this thread is making so much hp that a high-flow Catco is going to kill more than 1-2% of your power. And if they are, there's a Metal-somethingorother brand with a 200 cell per inch core that will flow even more. Plus they keep you from yellowing your bumper.
