..which really dictates the minimum on-time and low pulsewidth linearity of the injector. Minimum on-time is somewhere around 1.0mS on the 740's sidefeeds. It seems to be pretty linear in the low end of the scale as well. I never had a problem idling my car on 740's with reliable/repeatable fueling at 1.2mS at 900rpms. Mazworx has a sweet plot of Bosch 1600's that go way non-linear around 1.5mS, if you want to see some ugliness.

Bottom line is, if you're going to see over 350whp frequently, you need more than 550's on standard fuel pressure. So your best options are 740's (see above) or running 550's on 4 bar of fuel pressure.

and dan, i have never heard anything good about venom injectors lol.

oh and phase2motortrend called today and told me that tomei is out of stock of my cam's... so looks like im back on the market for those too

 

Yeah I talked to Chris about them tonight, and he said they were a bad idea.

Check Mazworx for the cams. I think they carry Tomei parts and they are semi local.

I'm hopefully going to be picking up some GReddy valve springs this weekend as well.

Thank you guys I am glad you like it and Ronald I know what you are saying I got the car like that I tried to remove the paint from those parts and they just cracked . I am on the hunt of those parts but they are so hard to come by and when you find them they ask and arm an a leg for them..........last option dealer .......Thanks again...Omar

 

lol i am def not going soild lifters and that big of a cam tommy. my dumb ass is not to the point to where i know enough about whats going on to be able to be comfortable running that kinda set-up. quote that for truth lol.

Hey Omar,

I used that vinyl interior spray paint they sell at Advance Auto Parts on my S14 panels. I had green interior, and it looked terrible. This is how it looked when I was done:



I painted EVERYTHING you see in that picture, except the dash (I bought a black dash). The door panels and all are painted. That stuff worked great, and didn't rub off, even on the arm rest.
