Dropped off the I35 to get the bearing and hub replaced, bottomed out the Q again and got a small exhaust leak...again....

There was like 4-5 q45's at the LKQ on causeway in brandon. The interiors were almost complete last weekend.

Finally found out the specs on the NA S14sr cams. The DR intake is 10mm lift vs the DET 9.2mm and I guess it has a bit long duration but not by much.

I wonder if it'd make any difference at all. I'm to lazy to back to back tests but I think I'll just stick the NA one in for fun.

Well that's about 8.5% increase in lift, so that's something. HKS step1's only run 10.5mm lift which is only 5% more than the NA cams.

The NA cams are also 248 intake, I think.

Its funny that they list the S14 NA as not having an overlap spec with NVCS off. The NA ECU actually keeps the NVCS on all the time over 1100rpms and throttle open. So basically, all the time except for closed throttle and idle. But it still turns it off, so it should still be listed as 1(21). Come on, Nismo. Get with it!

Put on my Se-l wheels, installed uncracked dash, removed the rest of the stuff under the dash while I had it out and installed the rest of the 94 interior. Car is looking pretty good.

Here is a pic of all the crap under the dash and after I pulled the dash.

The spring on my clutch fan broke a few weeks ago and I just now got around to changing it out. Its surprising how much power the fan saps from the motor when its stuck completly on.

I also ripped out what appeared to be an old alarm system from the early 90s.
