i had some play in my tomei shifter...

tried to fix it...

lost lower bushing down in gear box...

going down highway....

CRUNCH

there it was...

new AWD trans with a platic bushing mush inside....

ordered new bushing from gainesville nissan...

fixing shifter tomorrow.....

 

wet sanded, drove it around, next is to put weather stripping in..

CHRA still hasnt been ordered/sent out... ---__---;;

Saw it from 589 today, looked super ill from there. I want to see it up close though.

All I did was drive my car today, I'm waiting to find out if I need to order standard bearings or what for the SR. I hope to have it done really soon.

 

It looks decent up close, it would be better if things didnt get rushed, but hey how perfect does a drift car paint job need to be ? Makes it not hurt so much when it taps a cone or two ya know ?

 

It looked neat from the small bits I saw last week.
