drove it about 250 miles today without a kickup. good to finally have it together correctly.

main issue at hand now is getting the sr tensioner pully so i can get my AC in, then windows, then done

bought a new compressor today.
and dryer, and expansion valve.
tomorrow im flushing the system and installing all that stuff. and hopefully my sway bars.

Squirted 8 lb/cuft poly foam into my rockers today. Man this mix and pour stuff is a pain in the ass. Shit is pretty damn hard once cured. Haven't driven it yet, though. Did a cheap oil change, too. Gotta get ready for this trip!

How big is that tanabe rear sway bar? I know that alot of people say that bigger rear sway bars cause a lot of on throttle oversteer, which I figured you didnt want for the mountains. Though you'll have time to test it out.

its 27.63 mm, the fronts bigger though, havent measured it yet.
wish i knew what was clunking around in my front end, guess ill figure it out when it breaks.
