Tore down that NA S14SR that I picked up. Only wanted to use the crank anyways. Turns out some really serious shit happened to it, and it's full of bent rods! Totally not using that crank! LOL!

So, who used to own that NA S14 SR with purple valve cover? And how did it get labeled with "just needs rod bearings"? I got it from mlwmike, but I don't blame him as it was already 9th-hand by the time he had it.

 

Is it the one that used to be in MarkS na/sr s14?

 

I have a fender roller if you don't want to use a hammer/baseball bat.

Something about 4-door, 3 passenger drifting sounds really cool.

I made some stuff out of sheetmetal today. Some ducting for the cooling system and the brakes and a few small aero parts to help reduce drag around the wheels.

 

chrome, how much to borrow it?

Found out my front wheels hit my coil over, had to loosen it up and slide my knuckle outward. Now they clear by maybe 5mm, idk if I should run a spacer or not.

 

Never seen it. There can't be many NA S14 SR's around.

 

Selling my S13 today. On to different stuff.

 

Did a test fit of the Silvia aero. It's hard to tell but I have Bing's rear S13 valences.




Chris, was the engine turbo'd at one point?
