i miss my car

and mike listen to green man on the tranny swap. its cake but if you dont do it right the first time your going to want to kill yourself

make sure it shifts while you have it together, i didnt check my last time and got it all in the car to find out the shifting rods were stuck, and had to pull it back off the car, and back apart to lube everything up. and also didnt check to be in neutral another time and had to do the same basic thing. other then that its easy.

yeah itll be one of my spare transmissions, Ill turn it with some gear oil in it before I pull it apart. I just need to find a bell housing so I can get it started.

I finally started learning how to use the mill the other night. That machine is awesome. Milled down a spacer for a friend on mine and it came out perfect. Now I just gotta start working with the lathe and I'll be set.

I have a few ideas for the rear suspension I plan on trying out next weekend if it warms up.
Mill down subframe bushings, weld in some reinforcements to the subframe then foam it, Maybe make a rear brace. Also need to do some basic maintenance.

Scraped ice off of it. Thankfully, Nissan heat is pretty decent once the iron block warms up.

Oil change, drove a bit. Realized I have a coolant leak. Orlando is warm and sunny.
