Indeed I am, I figured you'd have saved my number by now

Yeah I wanna get a t28, 470s and a tune. I should be able to squeeze 300hp out of it that way. But for now doing pretty much a full rebuild, maybe once my motor and stuff sells Ill upgrade.

Mine and Brandon's tires just showed up, god I love getting packages.

I just put that together. I have the bad habbit of never save anyones number.

My motor build is pretty much the same with a few upgraded parts so that I can rev it out higher with no worries.

Hey Epstein what foam did you use in your S14? I'm going to chop my subframe bushings soon and I've been thinking about foaming the rear subframe. Mostly to see if I can get rid of some road noise and to see if it helps out with rigidty.

True, well I finally met you in person at Seans.

I don't have any worries about revving too high, I really don't drive my car that hard. I'm just tired of the stock ass KA, and I got a good deal on it. If it comes to it, Ill be line Sean and slap a bee*r on it so I don't have to stress about at all.

Thats good news for me. Do you think a stock HG/arps will be good for 300hp?

While I'm here, what parts of a sr20 transmission do I need to mate it with a KA transmission?

Anyone have them for sale while were talking about it?

Stock HG should hold, if you dont want to worry about it get a cosworth since they're less than 150$

You just need to swap the bellhousing AFAIK.

Yes, stock HG will be fine for 300hp.

You need the SR bellhousing, that's it. Maybe RTV on the plate that gets sandwiched between the two housings.

Make sure:
- fluid is drained (duh)
- trans is in neutral before separating
- you get the snap ring out
- the middle plate stays with the tailhousing
- the mating surfaces on the bellhousing/middle plate dont get damaged. there's no gasket there.

Where are you thinking about foaming it at? I may take a crack at this if you have good results - I have a spare subframe in my garage that is getting SPL solid subframe and differential bushings in a few weeks.
