Datsun Dreaming
^ Did you use an injection kit, or did you mix the foam yourself and pour it in? (I'm thinking epoxy style)
The thread I read about it that whattadobo posted shows a guy using an injection kit. Seems easier, just shake and squirt.

I might do this when I get around to suspension later this year.

I want it for both. Drove it to work today. It's a change you can feel when tossing it around, and the car shudders less. The road noise is reduced, but it's like when I deadened my old tC. Now there's absolutely no noise coming from the rockers, which just makes my rear tire noise really stand out!
I need to fill some voids farther back it seems. Probably the most flex intensive thing you can do is pull out of your driveway at an angle. It still creaks in the back.
For the guys that might do it, I got one of the 8lb kits from US Composites. I used almost the whole thing doing the rockers. Pour time is 45 seconds. It sounds like a very short time to mix, position yourself, and pour, but it's actually plenty of time with a little forethought. Use a drill powered paint mixing dealie and a funnel. AC duct tape, the metal looking stuff, is the best thing to seal off holes. Shit is magic.

I should be doing this once I get my suspension arms in, just ordered a full set of the enjuku arms. And picked up some solid subframe bushings while I was at work today

^ Alot of the isis stuff looks halfway decent. I haven't really heard anything bad about them, aside from people bashing them as "eBay stuff. You should do a review of the arms; maybe put some of the myths to rest.
