Got my S14 KA, 3" top speed exhaust, msd coil and new harness/ecu today. Got most of it installed, with solid motor/trans mounts. Tomorrow having the header welded up, and then finishing it all up.

Im happy to have it alsmost done.

car made it to tampa, and then back to brandon and then back to tampa, yay i didnt fuck up my new tranny much

brand new tires in the rear, and almost done wit hthe hood, gotta primer it, then paint. should look really good.

What do you think a tuned high-comp rwd NA SR is worth? Probably 190-200whp. Turn-key. Is that even desireable any more? I'm thinking about reassembling this NA S14SR I've got into a high compression revver.

If I do it, I'll spill the secrets fo sho.

Glad to see the trans worked out Eric, any grinds or anything to worry about?

I just finished my s14 KA swap, everything is done except the driveshaft and putting the header/exhaust on.

Anyone have a carrier bearing/midshaft support? My brother lost half of mine, and I have no idea where it went.

I think your going to want more torque of all things. Your wheels/tires weigh to much for an NA SR imo. You would make what 160-165tq to the wheels? Considering your wheel and tire set up weigh close to mine (which is 94lbs for just the rears) I dont think thats enough. It would be like an S2000 with even less power. I'd say you need something with in the 200ftlbs region for it to be worth it.

Why not try the RWD QR idea you had? I know its a fair amount of work but it sounds worth it if you'd make the power you talked about a while ago.

Working in between rain really sucks. Especially since I'm installing a new sub and radio in my 240. That's what I'm doing today.
