and its not easy to make 500hp on any b series.it takes thousands and thousands of dollars if you want it done right and you want it to last.
my opinion:b18c1 parts are easy to find if something breaks and the aftermarket companies are all over.

sorry i love how the newbs think they know it all on here . im not even going to adress jdmaccord anymore . he obviously has been racing and tuning WAY longer than me
go read some more magazines kid .kits here , got here wed . cars stripped down last night . its going in tonight after i take a short nap ... maybe.... lol. stayed up to late last night. daily 11 psi will be ok . ill build the origional sol for going fast if i so desire .
what ppl fail to realize is they think they can street 400+ whp hondas daily in FL. which is crazy. 400 whp in a sohc is EASILY obtainable for 1/3 the price of a B swap .. get something with tq (h22) . and throw a/c in it . hell i had more tq at the wheels at 2500rpms with my stock restricted jdm H22 than a jdm typeR has at the crank!

the gt2560r (gt28r) is said to have a max flow capacity of about 310 hp . perfect for a daily sohc .
