And why can't I compare my civic's engine to an indy car's? Do you know what the Formula 3000 Honda V8 is? Two of my engines bolted together.

for whatever reason I thought you were talking about a mustang...

so is that as high as you have built her to go? or is there just not the support to get her to spin higher?

My motor is stock


9K is the factory redline, but spoon blocks can spin up to 11000 if you're willing to drop $6k for a short block.

well, they were only 9 second cars...chassis set up is what I blame though.

I still want to build my two honda design engines...but alas, i have to finish my subie ones first

well duh, its a rotary. your car gets shit for milage anyway. it has a low compression ratio so cant really take advatage of the ethanol. boost it, (or get high compression rotors) then get it tuned on E10 and you will be faster AND get better milage. youll never wanna go back to E0. plus what year is it? you might wanna upgrade the o2 sensor also.

by the way you dont use 93 octane in that do you?
