theres a difference though, like you said... STi's and Evos, being AWD, do handle and control differently.. both capable of the twisting, winding turns. but depending on yourself is which one you pick.. go get dirty; mud, versatility and what not.. or pavement.. its hard to discuss since there are so many determining factors..

14.6 @96 is a high speed, which tells you this car has enough power, with better traction is capable of 14.2 to 13.9 no sweat.

Not only the above fact, but these test cars are not broken in past the 6000 mile mark, so power is down and still pulling hard numbers. I bet after a good breakin, they are @ spec as the factory claims.

96 doesn't really seem like that high of a MPH to me....

A stock Mustang GT, Corvette, STI, EVO, M3, 911 etc.. would beat it. None of them jumped in, but you did, and it appeared the only reason was to be an ass.

There is so much more to a car than 0-60, some people understand that, and some don't.

Yes it is slow. 170whp slow(which i think John dynoed one at his shop at that number). It felt slower than a STOCK 1.8t gti. and i wasnt comparing it to my car. Totally not worth the money. It looks pretty cool though. And you're right there is a lot more than 0-60 and it does have 50/50 weight distribution and Rwd which is totally cool. But the car isnt all that light. and it really isnt that fast. it has it's positives and negatives. like most cars do.

a couple of guys who've put fuel computers on the motors, dyno 210-215rwhp. It's an ECU issue.

*shrug*

It's still slow to an F-body, but it doesn't drive like an F-body, and there's the difference

a mag article where it was compared to an s2000 and my own personal experiences.

and ive messed with a couple 13b's as my friend had a RX-7 about a year ago. and any motor should be well well broken in by 6000miles...even a rotary...
