i saw the first collection in 98
and 2nd and movie like 2 years ago
still consider it amazing, you can and will learn alot from them

but like stated above
its a cartoon

and takumi is not real, nor his driving abilities, nor a stock hachi roku beating a TUNED 32 skyline. that was ridiculous.

but to answer the question yes i enjoy it quite often seeing as how i own 1,2,3
i watch it when i want to

regardless of a cartoon, its still a 'Corolla GT-S', hathback 240's are NOT 180's, just cause u put a front end on your car doesnt make it a 'silvia', etc, etc.

/slap to people asking about 'levin' and 'hachi roku'

btw bunta was a pothead

Hahahahahaha. I totally know what you mean. I've got Kids at my school who refer to the SR20DET as a "silvia motor". I'm not a super nissan expert, but i know that there are at least 3 different types of silvia motors, s13, s14, and s15.

/slap stupid people in general

They are still SR20DETs though my friend, and they are still Silvia engines. S13, S14, and S15 are just chassis codes for the Sivia/180/240.

s13, s14, and s15 also are used for the engines being as that each one doesn't have the same specs

took me a while after moving here to get used to hearing a hachi refered to as a carolla...if you talk to me in person about car and all of a sudden start talking about carollas...it'll take me a second to figure out what you mean....

But i was right becuase each engine is different, S13(redtop), S14(blacktop), S15(Bluetop?????).

S13
Power (hp): 205@ 6000 rpm
Torque (ft/lbs): 203 @ 4000 rpm

S14
Power (hp): 220 @ 6000 rpm
Torque (ft/lbs): 203 @ 4000 rpm

S15
Power (hp): 250hp at 6000rpm
Torque (ft/lbs): couldn't find it anywhere

but that shows you that EACH engine is different
