Default Need Help! Electrical Issues!

okay vortex im gonna put this out there and see if i can get any insight to what might be wrong with my car.
Car: 03 VW GTI 1.8t
alright so here it goes... my car runs and drives fine during the daytime, i have little to no problems during light hours, but once it turns into night and i have to turn the dash lights on it seems everything goes to hell! there is a list of problems that happen once i turn the dash lights on(im gonna list them).
-sometimes when driving the headlights seems to dim and flicker every once and a while,
-when i flash my high beams the dash lights flicker,
-sometimes when driving the dash lights will turn off and come right back on,
-when driving sometimes the car will shut off for a quick second and then turn right back on(like if you would turn the key to the off position and then quickly put it back to start position),
-if i have the radio running it will cut off for a quick second then come right back on,
-also say that my windows are all the way rolled up and i lift the button to roll them up even though they already are the car seems to stutter and the dash and headlights seem to flicker,
-i have seen the EPC and traction control lights come on for a quick second before for no reason,

right now thats all that i can think of that happens, idk what it could be. i know the previous owner had the coilpacks changed because of the recall by the dealership, i took it to advanced auto parts and had them check the battery and alternator and they said everything was working fine. this problem is really pissing me off. i have no CEL or any other lights come on. for the most part the car drives well i just need to figure out what is causing these electrical hiccups. i need help and any would be greatly appreciated.

also ask any questions you might have... thanks

lol vortex, but id say your car is a reverse vampire.. yup sounds about right.

Actually my guess was going to be the alt is fucking up under a heavy load, then you said advanced said its "fine". Id still look into that concidering ive never met someone at advanced who knew wtf was going on.

my father said it was the ignition switch as well, pretty much exactly what you said.

also my friend that used to own a 337 works there and tested the alternator with their machine, he told me to turn on the high beams, ac, and radio and the alternator checked out fine.

i posted this on vortex and someone mentioned it might be the charging system, light switch, or some bad grounds.
