god damn it... so the options are build a 4a 16v, swap a 20v, swap a 4agze, swap a 3sge, swap a 1uzfe...

if i were going to choose one of these swaps it would prob be the 4agze or the 20v, but parts are starting to come up on the low for a 4age 16v build. i can get a full blue printed 12:1 compression 16v block for only $800.

i guess i have some serious thinking to do. i need to find some people that have swapped 20 valves and talk to them. i mean if im running megasquirt anyway, why not do a 20v swap. and i can get silver tops for $900...

oh if youre doing the 1u swap, what are you doing with your 4age turbo?

 

ive spent about 500 so far that buying the engine and w58 tranny

damn, lol.

so, pardon my ignorance, but what trans is in my car and what bolts up to it? which of these swaps would i need an adapter plate? i dont want to deal with drive shaft shortening either.

 

all i can say is if you want hp you have to pay $$$. the only easy straight forward swap with be the 16v 4ag

 

im okay with that, i was allready planning on a 2 to 3K build anyways. sounds retarded as fuck for just 200hp N/A... maybe ill go turbo 4age. but n/a is so sick.
