Dan is helping me on Saturday, I will try to take as many pics as I can. You can come by as well
Yeah, for free, you're not going to beat that. An SR spec stage 1 should drive a lot nicer than a KA stg3. As shitty as some people's experiences with Spec has been, at least you're getting free new parts out of the deal.

Sell the spec, head to tampa clutch supply, get something worthwhile, be happy.

Thats not a bad idea to sell it for something else.

Would a different brand clutch mate with a SPEC flywheel though. I heard they engineered it so people have to match their combo.

Spec would be extremely dumb to make their flywheel work with only their clutches. I'm pretty sure that both the clutch and flywheel are meant to be stock replacements, which should mean that they'll interchange with other stock replacement parts. The only proprietary clutch/flywheel sets are the Hypersingle and Blitz Active. You can't put a stock-style clutch on those flywheels.

Buy a RPS stage 1. They are re-branded Exedy units and they sell for 10-15$ less.

I have one in my car and its awesome.

It seems in this forum I've only heard nothing but bad news about SPEC cluthes. I have an RPS clutch in my car, and no problems. I ran an ACT 6-puck unsprung in my previous S13, and had no problems with that either.

I think I will try to do that. I can only go that route if someone is interested in it while its on the way to me. The reason being is I cant wait around for someone to buy my clutch, then wait for the new one to arrive. I currently don't have a consistent ride to school and work. I might put the SPEC in to just break it in and then order a Stage 1 SR clutch. Really, who knows at this point. I'll see how things work themselves out.
