I'm with paul on this one. Some how it seems less expensive to get a new rail than deal with an engine bay fire...

and thanks Mike, I am gonna keep it, keep workin on it as planned.

Its a VG30DETT, not a SR. And I do not drive the car. I jb welded it so I could track down a vacuum leak problem (whole reason for me pulling the plenum). I need to decide if I want to replace the stock rail, or buy the newer style rail so I can upgrade to newer style injectors. In which case I also need to reprogram the ECU or go stand alone. Or just do a LSX swap Im very indecisive.

Holy hell I need to fix my A/C. I'm tired of sweating to the oldies on the way to work/anywhere I go.

Thankfully, no. Might actually drop a few pounds doing that though.

I rewired my engine harness, electric fans, and all the accesory power with TXL wire and Deutsch connectors. Built a 4-fuse 3-relay assembly to run the accesory power and fans. Everything works great and is cleaner than it was.

Now I'm working on rear suspension geometry and figuring out how to use the adjustable traction arm properly for the most forward grip.

And I'm pulling the diff to reset the clearances.
