Plus my NA KA would spin 1st all day long anyways.Seriously though, If you were truly worried about performance you wouldn't have added 15 pounds of Krylon. It's all a game of trade offs and we all know this. You have one of the most original paint schemes for what probably amounts to $20. Don't get all gay because we don't share the same view on weight reduction and NVH.

I've dynomat'd a few key places (backs of outer panels) but that's not what I'm talking about. I used Thermo Tec DuraKool, which is like a felt mat kind of thing like what's under your carpet already. I just ran that under the carpet and to replace what used to be on the firewall. That was a noticeable difference.
Help/hurt performance? Seriously? If your car is so lame that 6 pounds of felt positioned 5" off the ground is going to make a noticeable difference in acceleration or handling, then you have one sad ass car. Crank that up to 40 pounds and you *might* have something. I'm not picking on anyone specifically here, just in general, sometimes people here act like there's a secret underground competition to see who can make their 240sx the most unbearable, undriveable pile of crap that will make it to work and back. It's friggen sound deadening. Geo Metro's come with it stock!
There's more weight in OEM paint on my car than there is in sound deadening I've added. Then again, you're talking to the guy that welded on a 5 pound muffler to quiet down his external wastegate dump.

You can get it from Summit or Jegs (I mean JEEUUUUUGGGS). I'd be interested to see how it works in your car since the S14's are quieter than the S13's to begin with.

And so what if I'm looking to shed every un-necessary pound? You have no idea what direction I'm taking with it and a little bit of sound deadening isn't going to matter when all the car does is dodge cones for a living.
I'm not opposed to NVH and things like Dynamat. The C6 has a full roll of it in the trunk because SLP seems to think that resonance is awesome when their engineers design the exhaust. 60mph in 6th gear will pop your eardrums.
