Soo I've still yet to get my car running perfect since it was on the dyno getting tuned at z fever. Has a little miss on cold start up, then pop's and back fire's under wot, only sometimes, sometimes not bad other's are horrible, also my safc which I'm using just for monitoring. Reads knocks up to 190,!! Wtf. -_-

 

My safc2 hit 80-100 all the time. It hit 260 a few times before the motor started to get a lite knock. I went from 16psi down to 8 but it was too late. Then a few months later I did a full rebuild. Lucky me got away with just polishing the crank(also had it ballanced and well I fully built the bottom end).

 

It would only be cool with a uniform and lighting effects.

coolant temp? TPS? vac leak? bad injectors? needs more tuning?

 

ecu isn't throw any codes... either. and what really bothers me, is my greddy boost gauge will read about 18psi, and sometimes hit 21psi, but when i was on the dyno, and adjusting my boost controller, martain said from whp and how the car is running its only on 10-12psi.?? and tht with the manuel controller adjust alllllllll the way out... but it sure doesn't feel like just 12psi tho.


is it possible, tht my rocker arm stoppers, could be wats making the knock senor read soooooo many knock, its seem to only read knock crazy like tht, when im roasting'em..

 

You're brave to put 18psi through a car on an safc...

The other day I had to pick up a buddy from the hospital that cut his right hand middle finger tip off(Where your finger nail starts). He was "checking the clearance of his deck etc.." while the mower/blades were running. I know, not a smart idea but it happened and I had to go get him b/c of circumstances. When we got home I helped him find the 1/2" or so of his fingertip....ants had taken it to a small anthill and were trying to capture it in their hole,lol. Was like a foot or so away from the accident site.

more parts came in today, installed some, others on the bench awaiting install...





off to swap out all my 194 bulbs with white LED's, gauge cluster, front corners and side winkers, and trunk light... very exciting stuff... and stuff... heading up to Tire Kingdom today to get some more tires mounted and balanced, install my new Tension rods with a fresh alignment, flip some camber worn tires... etc etc...

getting this bih ready for Bronson tomorrow!
