Could be a vlsd, could be a 2way like my 4.36 was. Straight off the clip from japan it had a nismo 2way in it.

Does it clunk when you turn? If not, its probably a vlsd. It probably just isnt worn as fuck, my r32 gtst vlsd locked super hard when I first got it.. A few months later it started not locking so hard, lol.

yea it clunks when i get on or let off the gas and it makes the inside tire squeal when turning sharp while the clutch is in gauged, when i have the clutch pedal in they free spin no noise

sounds like it's been shimmed, or you have a LSD in there....
