Oh and my KA is acting up now.

While at cruising speeds(say 45mph in 5th gear) and a constant throttle, it like dies out then goes again. I almost wanted to say it was the TPS, but it doesn't do it unless cruising.

TPS will do that.

And you retards keep forgetting that every manufacturers section width and actual width varies quite a bit.

Yeah, I know. Any way you look at it though a 235 on a 9 inch wide wheel is a stretch albeit mild it's still stretched.

It wouldnt fuck up while accelerating?

I have tried just about every 215/40-45 tire out there, never had one not stretch on a 9" wheel.

Yeah, had to accel to get it to drive, steady state, hell.

Get out the multimeter and play doctor.

Then after watching the video again, and paying closer attention, if you look, all that stuff on the table they show in the beginning is pretty impressive.

Things I spotted that impressed me:

R/C car/airplane engine
Mini engine block
Piston/rod/crankshaft
Multiplate clutch assembly
3D printing is insanely expensive. I don't think that anyone makes one big enough to do a type-x lip (maybe the original 2-piece version) (yes I know you're joking), and it would cost probably $5k for that volume using an FDM (ABS plastic).

If you want cool big 3D stuff, check out what 5-axis (the company) has made. I think they made a real Hot Wheels Twinmill by starting with a 3D scan of the toy.

I was using one in class last semester, but it definitely was not that size. I made a keychain in SolidWorks and was allowed to print it. Very cool, but that one cost about $1500.
