Replaced carpet on Saturday/Sunday. Total PITA cutting holes in the new stuff. Have parts ready to drop off for powdercoating on Friday. My Nismo rear bumper is on backorder for 6 weeks, which kinda sucks.

 

The more I look into it the more I'm convinced I could build an NA 200+ whp RWD 6spd SR20 for under $3500. Epstein told me about the idea a while back and the more I look into it the more it sounds awesome.

 

But then your car won't make cool vroom pshh noises anymore. I want to see this RWD QR25 or M20 Supercharged SR he was talking about come to fruition.

 

I'd need a 510 or E21 3 series to put it in too. Mazworx now sells a 300hp NA SR24 engine set too which would be cool in an old light weight car.

I've seen a few of these kits online recently. I wonder if its worth it to tear one apart and rebuild. I know my current transmission has atleast one bad bearing in it and I'm sick of listening to all the noise it makes.

 

Just had some new feds i had sitting for a couple weeks mounted. Ugh 45 and 40 series tires don't look too good at all.

 

That depends, I have 225-45's up front and 235-40's out back and you can't really tell the difference

 

Yeah, i was thinking my stretched rear(225 45 on a 10") would pretty much equal the semi stretched front(215 40 on a 9"), as far as height. But that didnt work out too well.

 

got the sr car running i just need a intake pipe so i can hook up the maf and a filter..
