Castrol makes a super duper duper wheel cleaner in a purple spray bottle. Ingredients are acid, acid, and acid. Directions say, don't leave on aluminum longer than 30 seconds. I use it to clean out and brighten up gunked heads. I'm pretty sure that'll take off brake dust

I asked them to cut the very tip of mine off because it stuck past my bumper and would slice your leg off if you brushed up against it. The spout is parallel to the ground with the very tip cut at an angle to avoid cutting the shit out of someone. No black shit on my bumper now though. You can see the burn spot on my bumper, i had to fix that problem before i get it painted.
