I wouldbuy nismo, but I was asking bc my motor is out, and I have some megan mounts sitting in my garage, wasn't sure if I should swap them out or not

i put them in for the same reason you are, and wish i hadnt.

Why the hell wont my key come out of the ignition, with the motor/harness uninstalled? This is the second 240 of mine that did it, and I can't seem to figure out why.

This one is, the other one I have no clue. If it was, it was all converted the right way (lower harness, clutch safety, blah blah)

 

Yeah, but there's some sort of key interlock built into the ignition switch of automatic cars. Look it up, I had to do something with my auto S14 when I converted it... but I forget exactly what.

 

I cant find anything, only the clutch interlock switch. Its not really a big deal, just kind of sketch leaving my car with the key in it.

Also, does the fuel pump turn on with the ecu? Never really paid attention to it.

 

There's some sort of cable that runs from the ignition switch to the shifter...
