I'm the second owner since he's sold it. In the proccess of bringing it back to it's original flavour. The roads up here have definitely taken their toll on the car since he sold it.

Unfortunately, the guy who built it ended up getting sued over this car. He stole a bunch of misc. parts off the car before he sold it, and also gave a written "warranty" that he never held his end on. It was pretty dumb on his part, as he tried to sell the parts on Zilvia, GTRCanada and a couple other websites.

all im saying is that just the idea of more bearing and less crank doesnt sound good to me at all.. i know it works people do it all the time.but if it were me i would have spent the money and gotten a new crank but yet again thats just me

You would be that worried about .5mm of it, that you would spend 2x the money?

+1

the couple hundredths of an inch is so far from making any difference in strength its rediculous. i know of race motor cranks that have gotten two and three tenths(.200 .300) over sized bearing without issue.
