If you have fuel pressure and the injectors are opening, you will spray fuel. Its that simple.

You can put too much fuel pressure to them and they will not open, though im not sure if sidefeed's do this, i know its possible with topfed.

pull the lines off, prime the starter and see if fuel comes out of the feed line.
