Datsun Dreaming
So last year my stupid x gf broke my door lock key (car has had different ign key and key for all the locks since i got it), and i've been without a key to the locks since, just didnt bother taking care of the issue, got an S14 subframe from dan, and while browsing zilvia, saw mention of the mounting holes being spaced out different, and a company offering solid bushings with the holes offset to remedy this...
I've already decided I want poly subframe bushings, so I was looking around at 2 part polyurethanes to make your own bushings, decided to verify the mounting hole spacing issue, measure the S14 subframe bolt hole distance, crawl under my car with flashlight and tape measure in hand, measure and verify the difference, then see something at the rear bumper support, no way, hide-a-key, sure enough fits the door locks

You're in for a squeaky ride my friend...

wider track and better geometry.
touge factory sells offset solid bushings, they just don't list them on their website. gotta call them to order a set.

The subframe locating pins/studs have a huge taper to them. You can actually get the S14 subframe to engage all 4 pins on the S13. Then just force the subframe on with a jack, which will compress the bushings inwards. Done, and it ain't going anywhere. You can follow up with some WindoWeld if you want to fill in the voids.
I did this years ago. Tons of people have used the same method in competition cars as well. Sounds hack, but it's proven. I refuse to spend a billion dollars on aluminum bushings that will make the car loud and crappy, as well.
Tommy, there has been a debate about having to use offset bushings for a while.
Check on zilvia, there is 2 or 3 threads about it. A few members say that they have been using s14 subframes, with s14 bushings in s13s for quite a while. I don't know if any of that holds weight at all, but I would def check with them(its a shot IIRC) and see whats up before you spend unneeded money.
EDIT*
Damnit, Chris beat me again.. Fucker =(
