Bottom end rebuild...

Motor is now out, for the 4th time. I removed the oil pan, checked all the oil galleys that I could get too, I don't have a pipe cleaner to really get in there and check them out, but everything looks fine. We took the oil screen off, checked that, checked the pan for any dents, the pickup appears to be fine, and not too low in the pan... The only other thing I can think of is that the bearing clearances are just too loose. Either way, Monday it's getting dropped off at the shop, and they're going to look at it... again, and hopefully, finally... get this thing back to the way it should be.
Was supposed to bring it to the shop Monday... but SOMEONE forgot.. not me, you know, since it's not my motor or MY responsibility.
So... not sure when it will be taken to the shop....

I got off late, but grabed motor anyway.Am taking it to machine shop first thing.I hope they open early.
I have actualy considered puting a turbo on the slug, but I doubt the motor could handle much boost. After all,its not a nissan.
