Okay... again... there is stuff BLOCKING the oil pan, you can't just "remove" it without pulling the motor....

Jeff I was talking to Launch I think a while back and we were discussing your build. He said something along the lines of if you rested the motor on the oil pan when you had it out of the car you would have crushed the oil pickup. He said there's some kind of pin or something you put in it or something to that effect to prevent that from happening again. I would PM or call him if you can and get the specfic details from him. I haven't seen you in so long man...I really hope you get that beast running again.

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

Can't he just use a tree or a engine lift and just break the motor loose without actually pulling it out of the car.

I say just go to cophers at this point, pull a motor, clean it up, install it, and be happy you can drive your car. Total cost - $350.00 and alot less head aches. Hope you get this thing worked out soon Jeff.

Goodluck finding a turbo motor at the junkyard. There was one I knew of but I don't know what is left of it. The motor was rebuilt again.. and I am pretty sure they did it right this time besides something funky being wrong. I guess we will find out soon enough when Jeff gets time to work on it.

That would be an option if we could afford it.. but, until the Civic is paid off come August.. we're broke.

Yeah, Aaron with that big ass van called a few times saying he was seeing Z's at the yard... but, every time we'd go, they were always stripped and smashed to hell, so we don't even try anymore.

Please reply for me - There is no damage to the pan itself. It all appears fine - The pan is pretty sturdy, in fact the engine sits on the pan while it's in the engine bay,

The engine sits on the oil pan??? WTF You must be tired. The oil pan should not be sitting on anything otherwise I could see it chaffing a hole in it sooner or later.
