My auto was pretty quick with just a 14b upgrade.I woudl def order a Evo 3 16g as a necessary turbo replacement.

Its your money.
Waste it how ever you want.
Dont be surrised when people offer you 350 for your whole car and can care less that the turbo on it has just been rebuilt because its a worthless 13g.
Not to metion rebuilt turbos never seem to last as long as fresh factory ones.

buy my 14b at slowy's house for $100, get a cheap used 2g manifold and a couple lines for oil and water and call it a day, you will be much more happy with the car and turbo rebuilds will cost more then the above listed parts. waste money rebuilding the tiny turbo, then in the future if you upgrade you will be pissed that you wasted the money rebuilding the 13g.
or just upgrade now for less money and have a much more fun car.
