How about you have someone who actualy knows what they are doing look at your car in person. Trying to diagnos a car over the internet is near impossible. There are so many things that can cause the problems you are having.

No Mas > than 1G MAS of any variation.
also, a hacked 1G MAS sucks for daily driving. it fucks up your driveability, low speed throttle response and idling. and you cant even get it to run right off-boost without the use of some sort of fuel controller. you cant even run 550's with the 1G MAS w/o a fuel controller. plus, turbos blow way better than they suck. the 1G Mas proves to be a greater inlet air restriction than the 2G MAS on any given day of the week, i dont care what planet youre from or how much sand is in your vagina. the 2G is moderately hackable, but cant be hacked as much as the 1G since its not bolted to a gigantic-jabroni air cleaner housing. but the 1G mas has more cross sectional area compared to a hacked 1G mas that still uses the factory 80mm turbo inlet duct collar. the whole concept of the Blaha MAS is so unpredictable and uncalibrated that i scoff at it.. here i go: Scoff... SCoff Scoff scoff!
for plug-and-play, the 550's+2G mas cannot be beaten. i dont care how old school you are or how fast Joe-schmoe has gone on a hacked 1G... a hacked 1G is still crude and uncouth... shit, i know a guy that runs in faster than alot of DSM's on a VW Rabbit FWD w/ an 8v motor w/ a T3/T4, weld el manifold, stock mechanical injection and HObb's switched-additional injectors... that dont make it the next best thing since sliced bread and im not about to do what hes doing cuz its "Proven".
Ruben; im pointing the finger at the O2 sensor for the excessie richness under 4k and part throttle/idle. as far as the miss, im going to blame the untuned 550's which are probably loading up the cylinders at low speeds which clears up as the air flow increases (higher RPM/boost). the excessive knock could just be due to a bad batch of gas or something, cuz thats been known to happen... besides that, its a DSM; itll run great one day and like ass the next day. Kelly's car was notorious for that. the spark plugs could also be too hot of a heat range. they did look unusually clean in the center but still had carbon on the outer rim.

Well my car ran circles around yours and mine had a perfect 750rpm idle and drove better than most you would ever be in. Just ask around. And i ran 550`s with no fuel controller and a 17c into the 12`s. What about you. When did your car with a 2g mas, 550`s and no fuel controller run a 12. You really show how little you know about these cars everytime you open your mouth.
