Do you have an Oil Pressure gauge in the car? What does it read?
no oil out the valve cover or steam. Have oil on intake side turbo where filter is. oil is like 60psi when start up then goes down at idle around 20/25psi when wormed up. and boost gage looks 3d when boosting.

If you have oil on the intake side, either the turbo is done or the return line is not flowing correctly.

i also just hooked up an hose the valve cover tube and blew in it with my mouth and the turbo intake side started making a air noise where the air cleaner is which means its the turbo seal? right ! Or am I wrong? As of now i think that is the oil seal from the turbo that is passing boost through the seal and creating pressure in the crank case. please help me if i am wrong but i think that is what my problem is thanks and reply if u think i am right or wrong

You need a breather setup plain and simple dude..... weld 2 -10 bungs on the vc and run the two lines to a catch can.
