exactly

and the power to weight ratio of the coupe with the d16z6 engine is just not good. i should know, i owned one.

the VTEC solenoid on that engine block is behind the distribtuer.

the B20Z swap is another option for you as well. you won't need a mount kit, only a few different brackets and one or two mounts for other Honda's. you'll also need a tranny.

the thing is when you do a swap there a lot of components that end up costing you money.

figure out what it is "you" want out of the drive then figure out the build because then you'll know what you are saving for.

i highly suggest talking to my friend David in Rockledge as he has steered people into building and driving cars that they enjoy for years.

regretting your build is the worst thing you can do

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

B20's are cheaper than LS motors and they give more power output with bolt ons. Mine hit 150whp with very minor bolt ons.

i agree! b20īs n/a are better than lsīs all day!the b20 has the highest amount of torque from all the bseries swaps available. the only downfall with the b20 is that they are the weakest sleeves from all of the b-series. but for n/a its not really an issue unless its like a super beast pushing 400hp all motor. lol

thanks alot. im probably not going to go crazy and race alot.. but i would definitely like something that is going to be faster and more reliable than what i have. and i know i have a very light frame so i would like to keep the shell but just upgrade everything.. i just want something that is reliable and faster. money isnt an issue.. id rather do the clean way than the cheap way.
