Help...shooting for 200whp

I first had the chipped ECU and had it redlined to 8500K, had it dynoed and there was some lag before vtec so I went with the VAFC to tune air/fuel, set vtec. John from Secret Services tuned my car when they were still open. John didn't have the tools to chip ECUs. I have the dyno charts and that's what says, 184 ft./lbs. torque. Why would I lie about my #s if I want some advice about my next set up?

.... back on subject ide get rid of that boobie ass dc header and get something like an an-r or rmf...... a GOOD header alone can get you about 10-15 whp.... those are just my thoughts.... im a nitrous baby so i can really go to far into detail about the na shit
