im gonna want to tune it to where it sprays at 10 psi all the way up to 16-17 psi... once it gets on the dyno i think it will be much faster... john ran a fairly consertive ignition tune. i hope she holds.... i dont necesarily want it to pop, but things will only get better when it gets rebuilt.......

Matt, I´ve pieced tgether a kit with the help of a friend. I expect to order the hoses from Amazon when I get back. I decided to use the AEM instead of a setperate controler. It will allow all kinds of goofy stuff including a huge safety factor with running out of meth while running around. Ask John what goofy stuff he can setup for you, I have no clue.

I also hope to hit 2bar with the meth and 93 octane on somewhat conservative timing, but not far off the timing used on the C16 tune. I´ll send you some logs and the meth setup when I get back in town. This of course will take several pulls and baby steps on upping the boost. Right now I plan on running 100% meth, but will run 50/50 until I hit the 2bars or start to knock. At that point I´ll change the mix to 100% meth and see where it goes. Like I said, I´m not sure how much flex you got on your tunning, but the AEM has opened alot of options for me on this.

I will also be using my windshield washer tank... it was only good for show anyways.

As foar as IAT´s I´ll log some for you. I´m not 100% confident on my temp sensor, so my pipes might go back to KJ in order to plugh the GM IAT sensor in.

p.s. don´t party to hard... I may have to make a trip up there to keep an eye on you...

Truthfully, unless you are very careless, running out of water/meth is hard to do, The misting nozzle breaks the water down to very fine mist, with that said you dont use alot of the mix when making a pull, unless you plan on getting a dual kit that has 2 injectors, even then the amount of mix used is still not alot, I have a 2.5 quart bottle in the trunk, I can make about 15 full passes(1st threw 4th) and I will still have some to spare, and driving around town you consume even less, I filled my bottle 2 Weeks ago, and I still have about 1/4-1/2 a bottle. And I boost alot driving around. Remember it only sprays AFTER 10psi(well mine does anyway) Just be smart about it, check the levels everytime you drive(only takes less than 30sec) If you look a little low fill it up, even if you have 3/4's of a tank, Fill it up, No need to go all crazy and integrate it into a EMS, not that is a bad idea, but there is no need..

im prob gonna get a larger tank, like 3 gallons or so... b/c i daily drive the car.... i want it to spray at 10 and above...... any predictions on how the motor will hold at 16-17 psi on stock internals, and some race gas and alchy ing......

The motor will hold fine given you have the ENDYN setup ideally, alcohol injection and retuned. A 50/50 mix should bump your octane up to around 104. And the water will help with heat.
