UPDATE
Went and bought a brand new relay from Honda. Car starts and runs like normal so far...but that doesn't tell me anything. I'll see if I can start it up with no problems for a few days before I consider this battle won. I pulled apart the old relay...and I have one of these:
Right there @ the base of the joint I have the same little ring in one of the solder connections. Overall the actual PCB board looks like trash...looks like someone poured kool aid all over it or something and it dried up. o2 sensor should be here tommorow...

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

you have more patience than me, i would put full coverage on it and accidentally drove it into the bay!
