Engine lab had the sheet when they bored/honed the bottom end, and they bored according to CPs specs, then honed it out for proper piston to wall clearance...
Guess its just the way it looks in the pic

well hope it all works out,guess thats why i mostly now stick to stock pistons and machine them to fit my hbeams,but nice and clean

Also, 8.7:1 is REALLY low if you ask me! I'm hoping it'll see some C16 in it or I dont think you'll pull what you want from it. It'll be a boring daily if the turbo ever goes or you blow a coupler! Good luck with the rest of it man. If you need anything you got the number. Block guard looks good as well Push it in another 2 inches
