Well I know I drive it hard enough to beat everyone in this thread to the finish line by at least a fender.

Change the thermostat you will be suprized. mine did the same thing until 1 day it over heated and we changed the head gaskets and forgot to change the therm after we finished and we started it neways and it did the same thing it did befor. so I went and bought a new 1 and it never did it again.
