nah I'm saying normal operating temp, not the computer's idea of operating temp

the reason the computer has it set for that time is because this is the temp
at which the engine lets off the least amount of emissions

i have a pretty good idea that frank isnt going all out on a crazy lt1 build up and therefore he wont benefit at all from a fanswitch or a retune or anything like this..
yeah but rigging up a switch or hardwiring it is a shitload easier than chasing an electrical problem

Actually, I know very well how hot an LT1 runs, it's my old lady that doesn't! Her idea of overheating was, "Well, I turn it off when it gets past the second bar on the little temp thingy." I had to explain to her that unless that needle goes in the red, you're good to drive your car.

Now I don't know how she didn't bring the vacuum leak to my attention. The fucking thing sounds like an air compressor spray nozzle under the hood! Whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiish! You should've seen the fuel trim graph when I drove it last night. The poor computer was trying to compensate for the lean condition so bad that it had the short trim up at 50, which is max. Poor car must be getting HORRIBLE mileage.

Hey, just cause I gotta fix it doesn't mean it's mine! As soon as I throw her ass out, again, it'll be gone, again. If it's got tits or tires, it'll give ya problems should be ammended to if it's got tits or fuel injection.

Why don't I have any of these issues aside from F-bod power window motors?
