high idle problem

high idle problem
i have a 1990 nissan 240sx with a ka24de swap in it. The pass couple of days the idle has stayed at 2 grand and hasn't gone down. Once in a while in goes down to 800 grand. So i went to auto advance and they said it could be a idle control value. What do you guys think it could be?
