Idle is Too High!

I was wondering if anybody had suggestions on how I could lower my idle . I have a 94 LS and it just stays at a constant 1500 at idle. I have already tried the idle screw changing the pcv valve and resetting the ECU and none helped at all. I have even tried adjusting the TPS ( since I have a JG throttle body mine is adjustable).Nothing will bring it any lower. Oh yeah I even tried loosening the throttle cable. I have checked for vaccumm leaks but I dont seem to see or hear any. Any more suggetions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check if the IACV is stuck open. Pull the plug with the engine running and if idle doenst drop theres your culprit.
Next guess would be the FITV. With the car up to operating temp take off the cover and stick your finger over the hole. If you feel suction the wax pellet has become lazy and youll need to replace/rebuild/fix the FITV.
